Bombshell Wolff interview just revealed Trump’s frightening admission about Brexit

- Januari 06, 2018

Michael Wolff, the author of the explosive new book “Fire And Fury: Inside The Trump White House,” just plunged a dagger into the heart of President Trump’s claims of being a “very stable genius.”

In an interview with BBC Radio 4, Wolff claims that just two weeks before the referendum in Great Britain over the decision to either leave or remain part of the European Union, Trump had no idea what the term “Brexit” meant.

“I interviewed Trump two weeks before the Brexit vote and he didn’t know what Brexit was.”

The author specifically asked the then-presidential candidate how he compared himself with “the populist movements in Europe, especially with the Brexit vote coming up”. According to Wolff, this is the entirety of the rest of the conversational thread.

“And he said what?”, Mr Wolff said. “I said Brexit. He repeated “what?” Then I said, the movement in the UK to leave the European Union and then he kind of said “oh yeah, yeah, yeah, I’m for that”.

“That is the entire exchange – make of it what you will.”

Wolff told the BBC that he believed that the revelations included in his book will eventually force Trump from the presidency and that former Senior Advisor Steve Bannon now viewed the President as unfit for office and will do what he can to help remove him from office.

Trump has continued to attack Wolff’s book, going so far as to sue the publisher to try to stop the distribution of the book and sending tweets like this:

After sending that tweet Trump had the temerity to complain that the libel laws in America were too weak, but knowledge of constitutional protections has never been his strong suit. (Actually, knowledge has never been his strong suit.)

Wolff stands by his reporting and claims to have hours of audio recordings of his interviews with current and former White House senior staff members to back up his stories. That Trump would lack understanding of the meaning of “Brexit” is not the least bit surprising considering the reports that the President has the attention span of a gnat, has a difficult time making it through briefings, and lost interest in a review of the Constitution after the fourth amendment.

Welcome to the new definition of genius!
